We have collected your personal information listed above from the following categories of sources.

- From third-party business partners, including car-life support service vendor who cooperated with us, and payment service providers who help us process your payments such as credit agencies.

We have not sold, shared your Personal Information with third parties for any third parties’ direct marketing or advertising purposes in the past 12 months.
How long we keep your personal information
We keep your Personal Information if we need it to perform the business purposes identified above. We decide how long we need your Personal Information on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the following criteria: (a) if we need it to operate or perform one of our Services; and (b) we need to retain it to comply with legal requirements or obligations (e.g. a legal request to comply with applicable law, a governmental investigation, a legal claim) or safety, integrity and security purposes, including the protection of the interests of our users, investigation of violation of our terms or policies, or the protection of our rights, property or services; in some cases, we may preserve your Personal Information based on the foregoing reasons even after you exercise a request for deletion as described below. (2) Deletion Request Rights
You have the right to request that we delete the personal information we collected or maintained about you. Once we receive your request, we will let you know what, if any, personal information we can delete from our records, and we will direct any service providers with whom we shared your personal information to also delete your personal information from their records.
There may be circumstances where we cannot delete your personal information or direct service providers to delete your personal information from their records. Some of these instances include, but are not limited to, if we need to: (1) retain your personal information to complete a transaction, provide a good or service, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall, or to perform under a contract between us; (2) detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for that activity; (3) debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality; (4) exercise free speech or ensure the right of another consumer to exercise his or her right to free speech; (5) comply with the law; and (6) use your personal information for internal and lawful purposes.
(3) Collection Rights
You have the right to request that we use commercially reasonable efforts to correct any of your Personal Information that we collected to the extent any of such Personal Information is inaccurate.
(4) The rights to opt-out of the sale or personal information

(5) Right to Limit the Use of Sensitive Personal Information
We limit our use of Sensitive Personal Information to only the purposes necessary to perform covered services, and for certain business purposes described above.
(6) The right to non-discrimination for the exercise of your rights
Unless permitted by CCPA, we will not discriminate against you because you exercise or intend to exercise any of your CCPA rights described above, including without limitation to: (1) denying goods or services to you; (2) charging you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties; (3) providing a different level or quality of goods or services; or (4) suggesting that you will receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
Procedures for request to exercise your rights:
To exercise one of the CCPA Rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request (“VCR”) to us by calling us by contacting 866-381-3216. A VCR shall comply with the following conditions: Only you or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a VCR related to your Personal Information. You may also make a VCR on behalf of your minor child. You may only make a VCR for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. A VCR must: Provide sufficient information that allows us to verify the applicant is currently residing in California and the person about whom we collected Personal Information or an authorized representative. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your residence, identity, or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you. We will only use Personal Information provided in a VCR to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it. Please note that we may not accept a VCR that is not sent in accordance to the methods identified above and in compliance with the above described conditions.
Procedures for request to exercise your rights:
